We take your order where you need it, with the same care as in store.

  2. We confirm availability, time window and final price (including delivery if applicable).
  3. We prepare the order and deliver to the address provided.

Deliveries are planned by route and daily load. For peak dates (Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc.) it is best to book ahead.

Fees

Delivery is priced by driving distance from the shop: 3 € plus 1 € per kilometre, plus a 2 € surcharge beyond 1 km, up to 18 km. Inside the Centro district Low Emission Zone it is a flat 12 €. In-store pickup is free. When you order you see the amount for your address, and we confirm it before charging.

If the address is less than 500 m from the shop on foot, the distance rate does not apply: delivery is free when products and add-ons come to 30 € or more, and costs 2 € otherwise. Google Maps works out the walking distance; if it cannot, the normal rate applies.

Delivery FAQs

How much does flower delivery in Madrid cost?
It depends on the driving distance from the shop: €3 plus €1 per kilometre, and €2 more beyond 1 km. At 3 km, for example, it comes to €8. We deliver up to 18 km; inside the Centro Low Emission Zone the fee is a flat €12. You see the exact amount when you enter the address in your order, and collecting from the shop is free.
Do you deliver flowers the same day in Madrid?
Yes: if the order comes in before 14:00, we deliver it the same day, in the morning or afternoon slot you choose. After that time we deliver the next day, or we confirm on WhatsApp whether we can still make it that afternoon. For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and All Saints' Day it is best to order one or two days ahead.
How far do you deliver?
Across Madrid city and its surroundings, up to 18 km by car from the shop at Calle de San Germán 66 (Tetuán). The usual areas are Tetuán, Chamberí, Chamartín, Salamanca, Centro, Moncloa, Retiro and Arganzuela, each with its own page and indicative price. Further away? Ask us before ordering.
Is there free delivery?
Yes, in two cases. Collecting from the shop is free. And if the address is less than 500 m on foot from the shop, delivery is free when the order reaches €30, and costs €2 below that. All other deliveries are priced by distance.
How do I pay for the order?
Nothing is charged on the website when you order. Once we receive it, we confirm availability and the final price, delivery included, and agree the payment method with you before preparing it.
What if nobody is home?
We message you on WhatsApp before setting off, so it rarely happens. If you know nobody will be in at that time, tell us in the order notes (a doorman, a neighbour, another slot) or call us on +34 653 160 335 and we will sort it out.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes, and it is free. We are at Calle de San Germán 66 (Tetuán), between the Estrecho and Tetuán metro stops. Monday to Saturday: 9:30–14:30 and 17:00–21:00. Sundays and public holidays: 10:00–14:30. Let us know when and it will be ready.
Can I add a card with a message?
Yes, at no extra cost. There's a field for your message in the order form; we put it on a card with the flowers.
