How it works

1. Choose products in the catalogue and complete the form in Orders, or contact us by phone or email.
2. We confirm availability, time window and final price (including delivery if applicable).
3. We prepare the order and deliver to the address provided.

Madrid city and surroundings within roughly 10–15 km. Ask us about other areas.

Deliveries are planned by route and daily load. For peak dates (Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc.) it is best to book ahead.

Fees

Delivery cost depends on distance and order size. We always tell you before confirming payment. You can add fixed rates here when you define them.
