Shipping policy
Cloris delivers exclusively within Madrid. Here is how we prepare and deliver each order.
1. Order preparation
Every bouquet and plant is hand-prepared with the care that defines us, ready for the agreed date and time slot.
2. Shipping cost
Delivery may carry a fee depending on the zone within Madrid and the type of order. The final amount is confirmed when the order is placed.
3. Delivery and recipient absence
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we try to leave the order with the building's concierge or doorman whenever possible.
4. Re-delivery attempts
If the order can be neither delivered nor left with the concierge, we contact you to agree on a new date. The second delivery is carried out at no additional cost. From the third attempt onwards, additional travel fees may apply.
