Refund policy
We guarantee the quality and freshness of our flowers and plants. If something is not right, we look into it with you.
1. Quality commitment
At Cloris we hand-pick every flower and plant and only deliver products that meet our standards of freshness and presentation.
2. How to file a claim
If on receipt of the order you spot a problem (quality, transport damage or wrong product), contact us by email or WhatsApp from our contact page.
3. Time window
Claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving the order. After that period we cannot assess them, given the perishable nature of flowers.
4. Reviewing the claim
We review every case individually. As appropriate and by mutual agreement we can replace the product, apply a discount, or refund the amount in full or in part.
