What people usually send

For a funeral home or service, white flowers are customary: roses, lilies, carnations or gerberas with natural greenery. They feel calm and don't compete with anything. If you knew the person's taste, a bouquet in their colours is just as right; there is no fixed rule.

To the family's home, a few days later, a plant is often more welcome than a bouquet. A white orchid lasts for months and needs very little care. It's a way of being there once the hardest days have passed.

Delivery to a funeral home

We deliver to funeral homes in Madrid within our delivery range, such as Tanatorio M-30 (Calle de Salvador de Madariaga 11). In your order, add the name of the deceased, the room if you know it and the times of the wake; that's all we need to get them to the right place.

A wake doesn't last long, so timing matters. If it's for today, order before 14:00 and call or WhatsApp us on +34 653 160 335: we'll tell you right away whether we can make it. We'd rather say no than have the flowers arrive late.

The card

Every bouquet can include a card with your message. It needn't be long: a few words of sympathy and your names are enough. If you need a wreath or a large arrangement, message us first: we make them to order and will tell you whether we can make it in time.

If you don't know what to write, think about who will read it rather than about the words: “Thinking of you all these days” or a short shared memory means more than a stock phrase. And sign with your full name: many flowers arrive at a funeral home and the family will want to know who they're from.
